To view a list of Commands that are available in Civil 3D 2008 you must select the Help menu (F1 key) in Civil 3D and then select the Contents tab; now expand the AutoCAD Help>Command Reference>Commands tree to view the list of commands with their brief descriptions in alphabetical order.
